On Sunday, October 13th, 2024, we had the pleasure of hosting a spectacular unicorn-themed birthday pool party for a little girl who turned 5. The event took place at Krishna Manor Farms, Noida, and we went above and beyond to create a magical experience for our young guest and her family. From themed decorations to fun-filled pool activities, we ensured every detail was perfectly executed.
Setting the Stage for a Magical Day
When it comes to children’s birthday parties, especially one with a unicorn theme, the key is in the details. We began our preparations a day before the event to ensure everything was set and running smoothly on the big day. By starting early, we made sure no detail was overlooked, and the final result was nothing short of magical. Our team put in their best efforts, right from the decorations to the food arrangement, to ensure that the event unfolded seamlessly.
Unicorn-Themed Decorations
No unicorn-themed party is complete without an enchanting array of colourful decorations, and we made sure to deliver! We focused on a colour palette of bright colours such as white, pink, blue, purple, and yellow to create a whimsical and dreamlike atmosphere. Balloons in these colours filled the venue, adding to the festive and magical feel of the event.
The entry gate was beautifully adorned with these themed balloons, welcoming the guests into a world of unicorns and fun. We also created balloon arches around the pool area, ensuring the theme extended to every corner of the venue. The pool itself was surrounded by floating pool toys to keep the kids entertained.

One of the highlights of the party was the pool area. Since the party was held during the afternoon, the weather was perfect for water-based activities, and the kids couldn’t wait to dive in. To enhance the fun, we provided a variety of pool toys, including:

The combination of these toys and the beautifully decorated pool area created a joyful and engaging environment for the children to enjoy their afternoon. We even hired a lifeguard near the pool for safety purpose.
Capturing the Magic: The Balloon Photo Booth

One of the party’s standout features was our photo booth filled with colourful balloons. This was no ordinary photo booth—it was a magical corner designed specifically for capturing the joy of the day. Children and parents alike loved taking pictures against the vibrant balloon backdrop. We even provided a variety of unicorn-themed props for the kids to use, making each photo session unique and fun. Using only bright colour balloons was the special request and a challenge for us to find bulk amount of it. But we had our expertise and made it possible for the kids specifically.
Food and Refreshments
No birthday party is complete without delicious food, and we ensured that every guest had something to enjoy. The catering was tailored to suit both the kids and the adults, with a spread that included snacks, refreshing drinks, and, of course, a stunning unicorn-themed birthday cake. There were three major theme matching drinks- watermelon mojito, blue lagoon and pina-colada.
In addition, we arranged a variety of finger foods that were perfect for an afternoon pool party. We served fruits in ice-cream sticks which includes watermelon, grapes, musk-melon, pineapple and guava. The children love the fruit sticks and had mostly watermelon after playing in pool. We even arranged all kind of children favourite food which includes mini burgers, pao bhaji, pizza, noodles, pizza pockets, mini bites and many more.
We made sure that the food not only looked appealing but tasted amazing as well, completing the overall experience of the party.
Smooth Event Execution

The event started from 11am in the morning till 4pm in the evening. As the afternoon came to an end, the smiles on the children’s faces said it all. The birthday girl, in particular, had the time of her life, surrounded by her friends, enjoying the unicorn-themed decor, the pool activities, and the delicious cake. Her parents were equally delighted, knowing that their daughter’s fifth birthday was celebrated in a truly magical way.
