Ltd., this challenge arrived on Janmashtami, when we were entrusted with creating a grand celebration for Neena ji’s 80th birthday at the luxurious Taj Resort & Spa, Surajkund, Faridabad.
The timeline? Just one day.
The Challenge
The event was confirmed on Janmashtami, leaving us with barely 24 hours to design, print, and prepare. Milestone birthdays like an 80th are rare and precious, and we knew every detail had to be executed flawlessly.
The Creative Touch
Our team conceptualized and designed a personalized backdrop and easel board within hours, ensuring it was printed and ready on time. The chosen theme—black and gold—was both bold and elegant, perfect for celebrating a life of grace and achievements. To elevate the ambiance, we curated stylish balloon décor that added a festive sparkle.
The Early Morning Set-Up
On Sunday at dawn, while the city was still asleep, our team arrived at the venue. Step by step, we transformed the space—installing the backdrop, arranging balloons, and perfecting the details. By the time guests walked in, everything was glowing in black and gold, radiating sophistication and joy.
